Position Description: We are looking for a channel marketing manager who will be responsible for developing integrated sales and marketing strategies and implementing tactical programs for our channel and strategic alliance partners. This role will develop programs to support sales objectives while communicating our key product messaging and expanding awareness of the Efficient Forms brand. The focus for this position will include demand gen to identify new partners as well as marketing programs to help existing partners identify new customer acquisition opportunities. This position will also be responsible for the day-to-day management and interaction with our smaller channel and alliance partners.


  • Work closely with the alliance team and the alliance customer success team to drive sales and revenue through alliance partners.
  • In partnership with the alliance team, create and launch demand generation and sales enablement programs targeting new strategic alliances and channel partners for Efficient Forms.
  • Work with existing partners and alliances to develop messaging, lead generation programs, sales enablement tools, other potential "white labeled" materials and programs.
  • Work with the alliance team and the alliance customer success team to support new partner onboarding and launch.
  • Design strategic launch marketing plans and programs for new product launches within the various channels and alliances.
  • Develop high impact co-marketing campaigns incorporating demand gen, social media, and other marketing tactics to increase both prospects and leads for the channel partners.
  • Identify key metrics, measure, and report on effectiveness both of internal channel marketing programs and those developed for existing channel partners, recommending areas for change to improve program effectiveness.
  • Manage overall alliance relationships with smaller partners to drive sales and revenue.


  • BS/MS degree in business, marketing, journalism, or related field
  • Proven working experience as a channel marketing manager
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and multiple channel partners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a can-do attitude and the ability to get things done
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate insight and action
  • Experience using Salesforce.com
  • Experience using marketing automation tools including Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot
