Who we are:

We are growing quickly at Efficient Forms. Founded in 2004, we are a company who specializes in automated electronic solutions for dynamic and cost-effective forms completion, data collection and process workflow. In 2008, we launched our EfficientHire Solution. Along with being a full-service WOTC Processor, our EfficientHire Suite allows our clients to maximize their Corporate Tax Credits while seamlessly completing all necessary new hire information from Applicant Tracking to Payroll.

The Role:

The Account Executive is responsible for selling our SaaS offerings into the appropriate verticals.  The position is responsible for engaging high level management and C level decision makers to successfully close new business opportunities. The Account Executive has overall responsibility to foster leads through a successful sales process culminating in a signed contract.

What you'll do:

  • Direct sales
  • Generate new business through identifying, prospecting, managing and closing new opportunities targeting leads within our industry segment
  • Deliver high caliber, persuasive presentations incorporating value based strategies and impacts
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge and insight into prospective clients' business processes while linking our product offerings to the needs of executives across the supply chain
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts
  • Develop and optimize a sales pipeline
  • Consistently achieve targeted sales quota
  • Develop strong presence and awareness for our product offerings through participation in tradeshows and applicable technology organizations
  • Participate in the development of new service ideas and sales strategies as needed

 

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of sales and industry experience in a related field or B2B sales of SaaS technology solutions
  • Knowledge and understanding of Human Capital Management or closely related industries preferred
  • Must have a basic understanding of and experience in strategic selling
  • Proven success with prospecting and selling skills to land new accounts
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates 3-5 years over quota performance
  • Highly self-motivated with competitive drive
  • Excellent negotiation skills and strong business acumen
  • Excellent phone communication and presentation skills
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
  • Should have completed a structured sales training program.
  • Must have experience using a CRM such as Salesforce.com
  • Must be willing to learn and adapt as necessary to accommodate changes in industry and company directions.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
